Hi there!
I'm Johnny Zhao.

I’m currently a sophomore at Bridgeland High School. Outside of school, I enjoy fishing, reading books, and playing badminton. During long weekends and breaks, my dad and I sometimes go fishing off piers in Galveston, rocky shores in Freeport, and lakes near our area. To stay active, I like playing badminton with my friends at the courts near our home. We often meet up and spend hours playing, and we've even joined the badminton club at our school.

When I can’t go outside, I enjoy reading science or historical fiction. These books captivate my mind and help relieve the stress that comes with school. I’ve also given some thought to my future: I’ve always had a deep interest in math and the science behind computers and how they work. After high school, I plan to major in computer engineering to further develop these interests or in mathematics, to equip myself with the skills to solve problems in the STEM field.
